Last week, my friend Caitlyn and I made gingerbread houses. Luckily Cade took a decent nap, during which we were able to finish the majority of the houses. Once he woke up, it was a bit of a nightmare. Needless to say, I replaced the candy canes on the front of my house several times due to sneaky fingers.
We had a lot of fun and I’m glad Cait was willing to come over and help me keep a fun Hyatt family tradition going! We are looking forward to doing houses with my brothers and sisters when we get back to Wisconsin!

It looks really good. I still need to get the recipe from Mom so I can try to do one. But glad that Cade is also enjoying it too.
