My sister Carly decided to also get married this year, so we got to go out to Utah again! After going for 7 years without getting to visit, it was really fun to be able to do a trip in the spring and fall this year – and gain two brother-in-laws in the process!
When we arrived in Utah, after driving through the night from Minnesota with Grandma & Grandpa Hyatt (who made the whole trip possible, we never would have been able to come if they hadn’t offered to drive us!), we stopped at Dinosaur National Monument in Vernal, Utah.
The kids had a great time exploring, especially after the VERY LONG car ride. Cade thought it was cool to see the place they often “visit” on PBS’s Dinosaur Train. He also loved pointing out all the fossils he could pick out on the wall.
